This exhibition consists of five large-scale fabric works portraying situations commonly experienced during rush hour in Santiago’s public transportation system, Transantiago: overcrowding, friction, congestion, harassment, and theft. Using an expressionist aesthetic, the artist portrays workers, elderly people, street vendors, musicians, students, alcoholics, and people with disabilities.
Technically, the works were produced using monotype, woodcut, and frottage, exploring color as the primary tool of graphic expression.
