BLACK AND WHITE

Santiago Chile - 2008

Black and White corresponds to Boris Campos’ first experiments with graphic techniques on fabric, particularly monotype, frottage, and woodcut. The series marks the artist’s initial exploration of these visual languages, investigating the material and expressive possibilities of manual printing. Particularly notable are the large-scale hand-printed woodcuts, producing compositions of strong visual contrast and experimental character.
